More and Better Business Improvement
holistic development of improvement competence, commitment, capability and culture
Improvement Competence
It all starts with knowledge. What we don´t know we can not apply and use to resolve problems, leverage opportunities and succeed with our improvement initiatives. We develop competence in all aspects of business improvement through and application-based training, which makes it easier to learn and apply proven methods like Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, BPM, Change management and others.
Improvement Commitment
It requires energy, enthusiasm and commitment from leaders on all levels to succeed with solving the problems that really matters and leveraging the most valuable opportunities. We coach leaders how to engage and contribute to the improvement effort through the four common improvement roles of Lead, Coach, Sponsor, or Champion.
Improvement Capability
Functional and robust tools, methods, processes, metrics and other supporting infrastructure is as important for business improvement as it is for any other work activity. We apply the adaptable and integrated improvement model (AIIM) to develop capable improvement infrastructure that enables people in the organization.
Improvement Culture
Improvement competence, commitment and structural capabilities need to be put to useful work to achieve objectives and create an improvement culture. We help organizations to deploy their improvement resources with a sound strategy and focused execution, which in the long term creates the values, beliefs, group norms and behaviors congruent with continuous business improvement.
Make Lean work for you, not the other way around
Lean is often implemented as a one-size-fit-all set of tools and practices, with no reflection on what the actual improvement needs are.
The value of Agile beyond Scrum and iterative delivery
Scrum and iterative delivery often conceal the true potential of Agile, namely to combine efficient processes with effective teams.
How to create a culture of continuous improvement
Most would like to have a culture where people solve problems and find better ways without having to be told, but how do you achieve it?
